What we tell buyers about Sterling Ridge
Sterling Ridge fits families with school-age kids, move-up buyers who need more room, and buyers relocating from out of state.
It fits less well if your commute is the Energy Corridor, if the budget would be a stretch, or if you want to walk to restaurants every day. And don't assume every section is the same: the street matters as much as the village name.
